Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation, APIs, and low-code platforms.

What you'll do

• Configure applications to meet business requirements.
• Manage application releases and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot reliability issues.
• Gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience designing and implementing automation workflows.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with packaged or SaaS applications.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills for automation challenges.
• 15 years of full-time education.
