Associate - Data Analyst

Overview

Associate - Data Analyst in Bangalore, supporting US data management and operational data workflows to deliver trusted data flows and actionable insights.

What you'll do

• Provide operational and technical support for US data management, data quality, workflows, and downstream tools.
• Triage and resolve data processing incidents and user queries, reducing time-to-resolution and recurrence.
• Perform validation, reconciliation, and ad-hoc analyses, translating findings into business actions.
• Coordinate between Commercial/Medical collaborators and IT to resolve customer concerns with transparency.
• Administer access, user roles, and updates across platforms such as Sharp with governance and auditability.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements for data products.
• Contribute to data product development and deployment, supporting agile delivery and best practices.

What you'll need

• Quantitative bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Experience bridging business needs with technical solutions and defining/delivering requirements.
• Broad understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS.
• Technical expertise in Databricks, PySpark, and AWS services including S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, and EMR.
• Proficiency coding with Python.
• Proven Agile development experience.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy standards.
