Associate Developer – Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

Overview

Associate Developer role working on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) Cloud, configuring modules, managing integrations and handling troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Configure core Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules including Order Release, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Itineraries.
• Set up basic Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) elements such as trade transaction screening, product classification, and compliance rules.
• Develop and modify custom automation agents, saved queries, screen sets, and user menus.
• Manage inbound/outbound XML or JSON transmissions and web services (REST/SOAP) between OTM/GTM and ERP systems.
• Write test scripts, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve day-to-day production support tickets.

What you'll need

• 5 years of hands-on experience split across Oracle OTM Cloud and GTM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of the OTM Data Model, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom reporting and log analysis.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and standard logistics EDI transmissions (e.g., EDI 204, 214, 210).
• Experience building and modifying custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
