What you'll do

• Execute digital customer success programs and omni-channel outreach using established workflows.
• Deliver onboarding, adoption, renewal, and customer engagement initiatives across digital channels.
• QA and validate audience lists, segmentation logic, and lifecycle workflows before launch.
• Monitor program execution activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain and optimize customer journey workflows and lifecycle automation programs.
• Support reporting by gathering program metrics and organizing engagement data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate program delivery and maintain execution trackers.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, marketing operations, digital programs, communications, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting execution of customer communications, digital programs, operational workflows, or lifecycle initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort collaborating across global time zones, including regular overlap with US-based stakeholders.
