Overview

Associate Director - EPO Finance role in Abbott’s EPD India Operations finance team, focused on timely and accurate financial information and analytics for Operations decision-making.

What you'll do

• Deliver analytics that enable informed decision-making by Operations teams.
• Support presentation of performance summaries for India region and Global Operations.
• Lead preparation of India Ops Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (RLBE), and other financial forecasts.
• Work on CFT projects including GST 2.0, Free Trade Agreements, and industrial policy-led incentives.
• Analyze impact of external environment changes on India Ops P&L and support mitigation actions.

What you'll need

• Have CA or MBA in Finance.
• Have 15+ years finance experience in FP&A, Cost/General Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Demonstrate business partnering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Show ability to influence peers and leaders in the Operations team.
• Demonstrate passion for process improvements.
• Know principles, processes, and standards for integrated financial reporting aligned with Abbott financial policies.
