Associate - F&A - R2R 5A

Overview

Associate role in Finance & Accounting (F&A), Record to Report (R2R) process at Genpact, delivering reconciliation, reporting and transaction processing for clients.

What you'll do

• Prepare daily and monthly collection and operating reconciliations.
• Report open items to management and to the client on agreed timelines.
• Prepare and accurately deliver daily and monthly reporting to the client within SLA.
• Process sales and repurchases within agreed timelines.
• Process refunds and filings checks within SLA.
• Deliver credit reporting to the client as per the agreed timeline.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Required skills: Account Maintenance, Banking Capital Markets, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Reconciliations, Record To Report (R2R), Regulatory Compliance Management.
• English language proficiency (Required), Beginner - A1 level.

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
