Associate Finance controller-2

Overview

Manage Record-to-Report / ATR finance operations, including financial close, reporting, accounting controls, and balance sheet activities.

What you'll do

• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Review and record journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
• Validate financial statements and balance sheet movements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
• Manage Non-SAP and legacy entity postings.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and GL management.
• Support internal controls and audit requirements.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in Record-to-Report / ATR roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP, CargoWise, or similar tools.
• Experience with TrueBalance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• MBA Finance or CA/CMA Inter qualification.

Nice to have

• Experience in shared services or global finance operations.
• Experience in finance transition, migration, or transformation projects.

Details

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Shift timing: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM IST for the North America region.
• Additional hours may be required during critical close periods.
