Finance Business Controller- West & North

Overview

Finance Business Controller driving P&L accuracy and financial health across West & North. Acts as a bridge between Operations and Finance, overseeing revenue/cost controls, risk/compliance, and accrual validation.

What you'll do

• Monitor and drive actions to ensure accurate gross profit reflection in the PnL.
• Coordinate improvements on job costing and financial transparency with FINOPS.
• Oversee financial risk and exposure affecting receivables and payables.
• Validate monthly accruals and overall results.
• Ensure revenue assurance and standards mindset, and maintain file management controls.
• Review operational processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue and cost updates in the system.
• Perform risk and compliance assessment under the RICC Manual (within BCO scope) and support audit finding resolutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 years working experience.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or Chartered Accountant / MBA.
• Knowledge in local tax rules and compliance.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and financial modelling.
• Working knowledge of warehouse business is mentioned as an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
