Overview
Finance Consultant specializing in JD Edwards (JDE) ERP Finance modules, supporting production operations and end users.
What you'll do
- Lead production support for JDE ERP Finance modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and identify root causes.
- Support end users and provide technical assistance for JDE applications.
- Support third-party interfaces and help ensure data integrity.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts for ERP data extraction and analysis.
- Design, configure, customize, and lead implementations of JDE Finance solutions.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Finance modules.
- Deep understanding of JDE Finance sub modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Job Costing & Expense Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Business requirements analysis, gap identification, solution proposals, and design development abilities.
- Understanding of JDE functional architecture.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with functional teams and business users.
Nice to have
- Certification on JDE Financial Management (preference to JDE Worldsoft version).
- Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.
