Overview
Senior Developer, IT to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software, data integration, and web application solutions for enterprise business capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise software applications, integrations, and web-based solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate requirements and determine technical feasibility.
- Architect, design, code, test, and deploy solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical leadership via code reviews, design reviews, testing oversight, and mentoring junior developers.
- Drive delivery of implementations, upgrades, and integrations while meeting governance, security, validation, and change management requirements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, application engineering, system integrations, or related enterprise IT roles.
- Strong experience building and supporting enterprise applications, web-based solutions, APIs, integrations, databases, and data processing solutions.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, SDLC, coding standards, testing methodologies, and secure development practices.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience with relational databases and enterprise integration technologies, including low-code platforms like Oracle APEX.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
