Overview

Sr Product Developer to design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications, services, APIs, and frameworks, with involvement in reviews and architecture.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications, services, APIs, and frameworks.
• Participate in architecture, design, code, and solution reviews.
• Use AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery speed, quality, testing, and documentation.
• Review code for quality, maintainability, performance, security, and standards alignment.
• Build and maintain tools, automation, and processes for delivery and release readiness.
• Mentor developers via guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Estimate work, identify risks, and deliver on schedule.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of applicable software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in cloud technologies, modern application development, AI-assisted development, or related domains.
• Strong software engineering background in technologies such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to use AI coding tools and coding agents for development, review, testing, and productivity.
• Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, secure coding, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
