Overview

Senior Staff Software Engineer to implement technical solutions and architecture for a Windows Agent, working with a cross-functional team and enterprise security standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Windows software applications using C/C++.
• Design and architect low-level Windows Agent components.
• Use AI coding assistants to support development, code review, and debugging workflows.
• Design, document, implement, test, and deploy resilient and scalable solutions.
• Improve product security for enterprise-class products deployed on millions of desktops.
• Use AI tools for code analysis, vulnerability detection, and automated testing with validation.
• Mentor engineers on best practices for using AI tools and secure coding.

What you'll need

• Advanced C++ expertise.
• Windows software development background, including Windows internals and Win32 APIs.
• Experience integrating AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) into daily workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability.
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration skills.
