Overview

Senior Staff Software Engineer to implement technical solutions and architecture for a Windows Agent, collaborating with engineers to innovate and support the product roadmap.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Windows-platform software applications using C/C++.
• Design and architect low-level Windows Agent components.
• Use AI coding assistants to speed development, code review, and debugging.
• Partner cross-functionally to design, document, implement, test, and deploy resilient solutions.
• Implement enterprise security enhancements in enterprise-class products.
• Use AI tools for code analysis, vulnerability detection, and automated testing.
• Mentor engineers on best practices and secure coding guidelines, including AI tool usage.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Advanced expertise in C++.
• Strong background in Windows software development, including Windows internals and Win32 APIs.
• Experience integrating AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) into daily workflows.
• Ability to craft prompts for technical documentation and complex problem-solving.
• Ability to validate AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability.
• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
