Overview

Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead responsible for designing and evolving packaged or cloud-based SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.

What you'll do

• Own design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery.
• Set and maintain platform standards for stability, performance, and alignment with constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integration and deployment activities on time.
• Drive continuous improvement of system integration processes and platform reliability.
• Mentor and support junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• 18+ years of experience is required.
• Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management is required.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS architecture principles.
• Ability to design and implement integration strategies aligned to business objectives.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
