What you'll do

• Review, verify and/or identify customer transactions to detect or prevent fraud and policy violations, or resolve merchant disputes, to mitigate or recover losses across multiple claim types.
• Monitor and review complex account activity requiring research across multiple transaction channels and products, using multiple systems and applications to reach resolution.
• Analyze and investigate debit card disputed claims.
• Perform in-depth reviews of monetary and non-monetary transactions and resolve customer disputes.
• Receive direction from the team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.

What you'll need

• University degree in Business or a related discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in chargebacks or cards operations.
• Basic banking knowledge.
• Knowledge of debit and credit cards.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
