Associate - Global Mobility Tax

Overview

Associate - Global Mobility Tax supports tax compliance and advisory for globally mobile employees, including tax return preparation, analysis, and client support.

What you'll do

• Accurately prepare, review, and file tax returns and related deliverables within deadlines.
• Advise internal teams on tax planning, withholding responsibilities, and social security contributions.
• Provide tax advice on assignment structures using tax treaties and tax-efficient benefits.
• Educate and counsel employees on tax responsibilities and implications of international assignments.
• Analyze compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
• Manage engagement financials including billings, collections, and metrics/KPIs tracking.
• Act as a primary client point of contact for employees on business trips and communicate progress.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in Direct Tax.
• Chartered Accountant degree or MBA as the minimum degree requirement.
• Degree fields of study in Accounting, Taxation & related field.
• Prepare and maintain detailed tax records and documentation.
