Associate – IAM Engineer, Strategy, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Advisory

Overview

Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management operations, service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across workforce and non-human identities. The role includes team leadership, platform operations, automation, audit support, and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end IAM operations, including identity lifecycle, access requests, and fulfillment workflows.
• Lead IAM service delivery, automation, self-service, and operational improvement.
• Oversee IAM platforms and dependencies such as SSO, MFA, directories, IGA, ITSM workflows, HR sources, and connectors.
• Run ITSM processes covering incidents, problems, changes, requests, knowledge, escalations, and on-call readiness.
• Lead access-control audit execution, evidence collection, recertification, control testing, and remediation tracking.
• Manage operational risk, monitoring, alerting, telemetry, and root-cause prevention for IAM services.
• Build partnerships across Security, Infrastructure, HR, application owners, and service management teams.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations.
• At least 5 years leading teams and service delivery.
• Enterprise-scale IAM experience across large user populations, applications, and regions.
• Strong ITSM, service-level metrics, incident management, and service-health reporting experience.
• Experience with access-control audits, compliance evidence, remediation, and frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, NIST, CRI, or DORA.
• Experience with privileged access controls, complex directory environments, and production server support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management principles, processes, and tools.
• Cloud identity and CI/CD access-model experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Financial Services experience and financial-regulation knowledge.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience applying AI-assisted support in IT or security operations with governance and auditability.
