Senior Associate – IAM Engineer, Strategy, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Advisory

Overview

Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management operations, service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. Provide technical direction, oversee teams and vendors, and support reliable, secure identity services across workforce and non-human identities.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end IAM operations and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Lead IAM service delivery, automation, and self-service initiatives.
• Oversee IAM platform administration, integrations, monitoring, and service health.
• Run ITSM processes covering incidents, problems, changes, requests, and knowledge management.
• Lead access-control audit execution, evidence collection, testing support, and remediation tracking.
• Build partnerships across Security, Infrastructure, HR, application owners, and service management teams.
• Coach and mentor IAM teams while communicating technical matters to senior stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations.
• At least 5 years leading teams and service delivery.
• Enterprise-scale IAM experience across large user populations, applications, and multi-region environments.
• Strong ITSM, operational management, service-level metrics, and service-health reporting experience.
• Experience managing third-party service partners or managed services.
• Experience with access-control audits, compliance evidence, and remediation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management principles, processes, and tools.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, and CI/CD access models.
• Financial Services experience and knowledge of related regulations.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional qualification.
