Senior Associate – IAM Engineer, Strategy, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Advisory

Overview

Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management operations, service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across workforce and non-human identities. The role includes team leadership, platform operations, audit support, automation, and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end IAM operations across identity lifecycles, access requests, and fulfillment workflows.
• Lead IAM service delivery, automation, self-service, and operational improvement.
• Oversee IAM platforms and dependencies, including SSO/MFA, directories, IGA, ITSM workflows, HR sources, and integrations.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, requests, knowledge, communications, and post-incident reviews.
• Lead access-control audit execution, evidence collection, recertification, testing, and remediation tracking.
• Build partnerships across Security, Infrastructure, HR, application owners, and enterprise service management teams.
• Coach teams and manage onshore and offshore personnel and third-party service partners.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations.
• At least 5 years leading teams and service delivery.
• Enterprise-scale IAM operations experience across large user populations, applications, and regions.
• Strong ITSM, service health reporting, incident management, and root-cause analysis experience.
• Experience supporting access-control audits, compliance requirements, and remediation.
• Experience with privileged access controls, complex identity environments, and production support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management principles, processes, and tools.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, and CI/CD access models.
• Financial Services experience and knowledge of related regulations.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience applying AI agents or AI-assisted support with governance and auditability.
