Overview
Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management operations and service delivery, supporting secure, reliable, and scalable identity services. The role includes team leadership, platform operations, automation, compliance, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end IAM operations across workforce and non-human identities.
- Lead IAM service delivery, automation, and self-service initiatives.
- Manage identity lifecycle, access requests, and fulfillment workflows.
- Oversee IAM platforms, directories, SSO/MFA, IGA, ITSM workflows, and integrations.
- Lead access-control audit activities, evidence collection, recertification, and remediation tracking.
- Drive incident reduction through monitoring, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Build partnerships across Security, Infrastructure, HR, application, and service-management teams.
What you'll need
- 8–12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations.
- At least 5 years of team and service-delivery leadership experience.
- Enterprise-scale IAM experience across large user populations and multi-region environments.
- Strong ITSM, incident management, change management, service-level, and reporting experience.
- Experience managing third-party service partners or managed services.
- Experience with access-control audits, compliance evidence, and remediation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management principles, processes, and tools.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, and CI/CD access models.
- Financial Services experience and knowledge of financial regulations.
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional qualification.
