Identity Remediation & Onboarding Analyst

Overview

Identity Remediation & Onboarding Analyst to execute identity/access cleanups across enterprise systems and onboard applications and privileged accounts into identity governance and privileged access platforms.

What you'll do

• Execute identity remediation to eliminate orphaned accounts, stale access, excessive privileges, and unmanaged service accounts.
• Perform hands-on cleanup of accounts, entitlements, and privileged access to reduce risk per firm standards.
• Improve service security by remediating clear-text passwords, credential vaulting and rotation, ownership validation, and lifecycle controls.
• Support onboarding of applications and privileged accounts into Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms.
• Reduce administrative access by identifying excessive privileged access and implementing least-privileged controls.
• Track remediation completion and maintain audit-ready documentation and measurable evidence of risk reduction.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and ticketing queues related to remediation and onboarding activities.
• Use AI tools and large language models to automate repeatable analysis, reconciliation, and documentation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IAM, information security, identity operations, or a related technology role.
• Hands-on experience executing identity lifecycle management, account remediation, or access cleanup in an enterprise environment.
• Practical experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint, including onboarding applications or entitlement management.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, group-based access models, and service account management.
• Experience supporting privileged account onboarding or working with PAM solutions such as CyberArk.
• Demonstrated understanding of identity hygiene, least-privilege design, and service account risk management.
• Experience producing audit-ready evidence and supporting remediation tracking/validation activities.
• Ability to analyze large access/entitlement datasets to identify control gaps and prioritize fixes.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools or large language models to automate analysis and documentation tasks.
