Associate, ICOM Compliance (US Hours)

Overview

Support compliance requirements for Third Bridge's Connections business across international offices by reviewing research requests and advising on compliance decisions.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and approve high-volume research requests against internal policies and client-specific processes.
• Respond to compliance requests in a timely manner.
• Answer internal queries about compliance decisions.
• Escalate non-compliant or complex questions and requests.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
• Complete ad hoc projects assigned by management.

What you'll need

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks and apply risk-minimisation strategies.
• Ability to prioritise competing goals and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

• Previous legal or compliance experience.
