Associate, Infrastructure Engineer, Central Operation Office

Overview

Associate Infrastructure Engineer for Level 2 end-user IT support and day-to-day IT operations at DTI, acting as the local IT contact.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 support for Windows and macOS endpoints, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and service requests to resolve within agreed SLA and service standards.
• Run DTI IT operations covering user support and workplace technology needs.
• Ensure meeting-room and collaboration tech readiness (MS Teams/VC, printers, Wi-Fi, and related tools).
• Handle IT asset lifecycle activities like allocation, inventory, refresh, replacement, and retrieval.
• Coordinate with Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application, and Global IT teams for complex issues.
• Support onboarding, office movements, business events, and critical user requirements.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of experience in IT end-user support.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac (Windows & Mac end-user support).
• Knowledge of incident, request, and problem management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 support and Microsoft Intune (basics).
• Basic understanding of Group Policy and device compliance troubleshooting.
• Skills in PowerShell fundamentals and basic batch scripting.
• Technical familiarity with HP/Dell/Lenovo/Apple hardware and macOS troubleshooting.
