Overview

What you'll do

• Review insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process claims under underwriting rules and regulatory requirements.
• Contact clients to obtain missing details or clarifications.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and incomplete documentation.
• Maintain accurate claim records and supporting documentation.
• Support basic claim issue resolution and escalate complex cases.
• Meet compliance standards and turnaround timelines.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance, or a master’s degree in Statistics.
• Skills in fraud prevention.
• Knowledge of insurance.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of risk management.
• Knowledge of underwriting.
• Intermediate English proficiency at B1 level.
