Overview

Manage legal and corporate requirements for real estate portfolios, supporting entities from post-closing through their legal and corporate life cycle.

What you'll do

• Manage legal and corporate requirements for real estate portfolios.
• Absorb new deals after closing and manage entities through disposal.
• Coordinate with management, service providers and advisors on corporate governance.
• Draft and review corporate-law documents for accuracy.
• Organize board meetings, minutes, statutory filings and written resolutions.
• Oversee restructuring and financing steps with internal and external teams.
• Maintain legal databases, archives and document filing systems.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in a legal or corporate department, fiduciary, law firm or multinational company.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience maintaining professional relationships with lawyers, auditors, notaries and service providers.
