Overview
Associate Manager responsible for SAP Finance configuration, finance process support, system enhancements, and SAP project delivery. The role supports business users and project stakeholders from Bangalore in a remote delivery model.
What you'll do
- Configure and support SAP FI processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, tax, and month-end close.
- Translate finance requirements into SAP configuration, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
- Support enhancements, rollouts, small projects, and production activities.
- Analyze and resolve SAP FI incidents, defects, and process issues.
- Prepare and execute unit tests, support integration testing and UAT, and document results.
- Coordinate with ABAP, MM, SD, CO, Treasury, and external application teams.
- Maintain configuration, support, change request, and functional specification documentation.
What you'll need
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on SAP FI configuration and support experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI processes and configuration, including ledgers, company codes, posting periods, taxes, payment processing, and account determination.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, migration, or rollout projects.
- Understanding of FI integration with MM, SD, CO, Treasury, and external interfaces.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects and coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in global support or project delivery teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Understanding of tax processes, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP Central Finance, Fiori apps, workflow, or reporting tools.

- Remote delivery model from Bangalore.
- EU shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.
- Occasional travel may be required.
