Associate Master Data Analyst

Overview

Associate Master Data Analyst (Master Data Steward) responsible for reviewing, updating, and supporting quality of master data elements, including healthcare provider and facility data.

What you'll do

• Follow standard operating procedures for master data operations.
• Review and update healthcare providers and facilities master data.
• Maintain parenting hierarchy data and perform data enrichment.
• Monitor, support, and resolve open master data issues within defined time frames.
• Resolve master data exceptions from an exceptions queue.
• Communicate data anomalies and assignment status to team leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Assist the Data Management Office with day-to-day tracking.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Adept at internet research using websites, web portals, or databases.
• Eagerness to identify issues and accurately resolve data quality problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective prioritization and follow-through.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
