Leader - Business Data Services role focused on planning and executing data management, governance, integration, and analytics to support business objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement data management strategies.
• Oversee data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Lead data integration and migration projects.
• Analyze and interpret data to support business objectives.
• Recommend and implement data management tools and technologies.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on data best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Have a master’s degree in Data Science and/or relevant certifications listed.
• Hold Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification (IAPP).
• Hold ITIL certifications (EXIN/EXIN).
• Experience with data governance, data modeling, and data quality.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Agile methodology and project management skills.
