Associate – OT Cybersecurity, Cyber in Emerging Technology, Advisory

Overview

Associate OT Cybersecurity specialist delivering advisory work to protect OT/IIoT environments from cyber threats by integrating IT-OT solutions and managing risks and vulnerabilities.

What you'll do

• Oversee OT and IIoT security projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement OT security policies and procedures.
• Implement OT cybersecurity tools such as IDS, EDR, and SIEM.
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF.
• Support IT-OT integration architecture with OT cybersecurity considerations.
• Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

What you'll need

• 5 to 12 years of experience in the OT domain.
• Work experience in the manufacturing or energy sector.
• 8+ years of experience in the OT domain and OT cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing security projects and teams.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 standards for security assessments and tool implementation.
• Experience with ICS systems such as PLC, SCADA, and MES.

Nice to have

• Certification in ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience with Claroty, Nozomi, and Tenable tools.
