Associate Presales Consultant - MWS

Overview

Support customer and partner engagements as a presales consultant for Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, driving technical presales for these solutions.

What you'll do

• Assess customer requirements and recommend the right Microsoft 365 licensing and solution architecture.
• Support Google Workspace/G Suite to Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demos, PoCs and solution assessments.
• Administer and advise on Microsoft 365 Copilot, including licensing, adoption, governance and usage monitoring.
• Create Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and Copilot Studio agents, including connecting knowledge sources.
• Explain Copilot Studio licensing, Copilot Credits, consumption and commercial models.
• Work closely with sales, Microsoft and partners to support opportunity qualification and technical closure.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Work, cloud presales or solution consulting.
• Strong Microsoft 365 licensing and SKU knowledge, including Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, E5, F-series, Office 365 and Copilot.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Customer-facing presentation and workshop skills.
• Strong communication and consultative-selling skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals – AB-900.
• Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform certifications or relevant Microsoft Applied Skills.
• Experience with G Suite to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Experience creating Copilot/AI agents and conducting Copilot PoCs.
• Experience in Microsoft licensing assessments and optimization.
