Associate Project Engineer

Overview

As an Associate Project Engineer at ABB Motion in Bangalore, you will act as a design authority for an engineering discipline of low to medium complexity, completing assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations of engineering projects.
• Use checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.
• Apply basic design thinking and design-for-excellence concepts in projects.
• Perform design, development, and execution of automation solutions across a wide range of industrial applications, including requirement analysis, PLC logic development, and SCADA/HMI engineering.
• Interact with customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and commissioning.

What you'll need

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE) or B.Tech in Electronics and Communication (E&C).
