Associate Representative, Customer Service Operations

Overview

Associate Representative for Customer Service Operations, responsible for customer file setup/maintenance, access and eligibility management, and data/audit processes for AB/Cencora customers.

What you'll do

• Manage account setup and ongoing maintenance activities for AB/Cencora customers.
• Manage product access and customer eligibility for AB/Cencora customers.
• Interact with internal teams for requests related to delivery, programs and services, contracts, sales, finance, CSMP, and corporate departments.
• Collect, validate, and proactively track licensure renewals to support regulatory compliance for customer and facility licensing.
• Support total issue resolution involving customer master settings and maintenance, including pricing, substitution, invoicing, and customer eligibility.
• Own the customer file components such as contracts/PVAs, routing, program compliance, and pricing/substitution setups.
• Ensure customer setup and contract/pricing data integrity and run audit/reconciliation reporting.

What you'll need

• Minimum three (3) years related and progressively responsible experience.
• Minimum two (2) years customer service, customer maintenance, or administrative experience with Cencora or a like company.
• SAP experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of standard Microsoft productivity tools.
• Analytical skills for data analysis and data auditing.
