Operations Intern

Overview

As an Operations Intern, you’ll support import processing, inventory management, and invoicing activities across service station and warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Support the import process for cans and promotional materials.
• Prepare import documentation and coordinate with involved stakeholders.
• Perform import cost calculations and review import files before Finance submission.
• Monitor and follow up with customs brokers to keep imports on track.
• Process inventory movements in SAP and manage orders and deliveries for the Service Station channel.
• Support product replenishment for office, Sales and Marketing warehouses, events, and third-party locations.
• Support invoicing, including the issuance of credit notes.

What you'll need

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Be available for a 12–18 month internship.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Have intermediate level of English (preferred).
• Have previous experience in Logistics or Supply Chain (plus).
• Have knowledge of SAP (plus).
