Consultant -Customer Success Queue

Overview

Consultant for a Customer Success Queue responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction for assigned accounts.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat queries.
• Develop and maintain an amicable customer relationship and experience.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and documents.
• Meet or exceed targets for assigned product or projects.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Customer support experience, preferably in the advertising/digital marketing domain.
• Strong written communication and command over written language.
• Familiarity with CRM (SFDC) systems and practices.
• Excellent typing speed (45 w.p.m.) and multitasking ability.
• Experience handling chat/calls/email.
