Shift Lead - Customer Service

Overview

Lead a customer service team by handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving issues, and driving performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Attend to inbound and outbound chats, calls, and cases to resolve customer issues.
• Solve customer problems and follow assigned task timelines.
• Manage a team of customer service agents.
• Prepare KPI and performance reports for management review.
• Follow the order processing system from the back end.
• Work 6 days with 6 hours per day across different shifts.
