Partner Service Agent

Overview

As a Partner Service Agent, you handle inbound and outbound chats/calls to resolve customer issues and manage live chat.

What you'll do

• Attend inbound and outbound chats and calls to solve customer issues.
• Use problem-solving skills and meet assigned task timelines.
• Manage live chat while maintaining 30–50 words per minute typing speed.
• Follow the order processing system from the back end.
• Work 6 days with 6 hours per day in different shifts.

What you'll need

• Successful completion of HSC/A levels.
• Good typing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
