Customer Success Engineer

Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer, you work directly with users to help them get value from Hightouch’s platform through technical, customer-facing support.

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions via Intercom, Slack, phone, or email.
• Support users with technical understanding of APIs and customer data usage.
• Help users effectively use the standard SaaS tool suite (e.g., CRMs, ESPs, ERPs).
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers.
• Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer outcomes.
• Contribute across the organization as the company grows.

What you'll need

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Technical background through experience or education.
• Be conversant in SQL or willing to learn basics and advanced topics.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
• Thorough understanding of the technology industry and its players.
