Overview

Support customer success for power-generation customers through remote monitoring, alert analysis, rotating equipment reliability, and operational value tracking.

What you'll do

Monitor power-generation assets, including rotating equipment.
Review and analyze AI-generated alerts and potential failure modes.
Validate alerts with customer teams and capture outcomes.
Monitor model performance and identify tuning or retraining opportunities.
Support root-cause analysis using reliability and condition-monitoring expertise.
Track downtime avoidance, cost avoidance, risk reduction, and equipment availability.
Collaborate on customer reviews, training, documentation, and monitoring improvements.

What you'll need

2–4 years of experience in the power-generation sector.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering.
Hands-on experience with power-generation and rotating equipment.
Experience with remote monitoring, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or asset performance management.
Understanding of RCM, FMEA, vibration analysis, failure modes, and root-cause analysis.
Ability to analyze plant data, trends, dashboards, and equipment behavior.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
