Customer Success Engineering (Cement) role at UptimeAI focused on helping cement customers improve plant reliability and equipment performance using the UptimeAI platform.

What you'll do

• Use cement plant knowledge to understand equipment behavior, operating conditions, and failure modes.
• Manage UptimeAI alerts by reviewing, categorizing, validating, and documenting alert outcomes.
• Monitor equipment and model performance to identify retraining and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze AI-generated insights across cement plant assets such as kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors, fans, and compressors.
• Validate alert recommendations with customer teams to ensure actions are practical in the operating environment.
• Quantify and track customer value such as reduced downtime and improved reliability.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years' exposure to cement manufacturing and plant operations.
• Understanding of cement manufacturing processes (e.g., raw mills, kilns, clinker cooler, cement mills, crushers, material handling).
• Interest in reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, and asset performance management.
• Exposure to reliability concepts like RCM, FMEA, condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or predictive maintenance.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, and analytical tools.
