International Customer Support Executive

About the role

Votiko Solutions is seeking an International Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls from global customers and deliver exceptional support. This is a night-shift, office-based role where you'll be the voice of our company, resolving customer issues and maintaining strong relationships with international clients.

What you'll do

• Handle international customer calls with professionalism and clarity, addressing inquiries and concerns in real-time
• Provide excellent customer support by listening actively, understanding customer needs, and delivering timely solutions
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and account issues while maintaining a positive tone
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our system, documenting interactions and outcomes for quality assurance
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team metrics while working the night shift schedule

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process or customer support role
• Fluent English communication (mandatory) — both spoken and written, with clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable and reliable for night shift work (willingness to commit to consistent night-time hours is essential)
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience when handling customer concerns across different time zones and cultural contexts

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems or customer management tools
• Familiarity with multi-tasking in a fast-paced call center environment
• Background in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing industries
