Overview

Customer Service Associate role in Mumbai, supporting customer operations for Salary Finance. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records in CRM, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Diagnose and resolve queries on loan applications, payments, and account updates.
• Interpret and explain company policies, financial products, and service terms.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
• Prioritize and escalate unresolved or complex issues and provide status updates.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and collaborate with tech to report/resolve system issues.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling sensitive information.
