Customer Support Analyst I

Overview

Customer Support Analyst I (CSA I) provides first-line support to GHX customers for inquiries and basic system usage.

What you'll do

• Respond as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and the GHX Community Web Portal.
• Help customers solve problems related to systems, specific products, general information, and the web portal.
• Record, research, and manage customer questions, problems, and solutions in Salesforce.
• Use the Customer Support Knowledge Base to resolve customer issues immediately.
• Contribute symptom and resolution updates to the Knowledge Base for new and known issues.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the base level to CSA II & CSA III.

What you'll need

• 6+ months experience with relevant customer service experience.
• Logical diagnostic skills for handling diverse issues.
• Developing understanding of EDI-X12.
• Utilize guidelines to ensure efficient and quality support.
• Cooperate with team members and other departments to deliver timely solutions.
