Product Support Associate (Freshers)

Overview

Product Support Associate (Freshers) will act as the first point of contact for clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and support roll-out of new applications.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to customer products and services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.
• Handle internal and external escalations via emails and calls.
• Interact with customers through calls, chats, and emails to identify root causes.
• Test and analyze active and upcoming products and services.
• Report bugs/issues and support solutions.
• Suggest and implement improvements to customer experience and internal processes.

What you'll need

• Graduation preferred and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to deliver outcomes toward meaningful and challenging goals.
• Strong customer service skills with empathy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to probe and correctly identify customer needs and concerns.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Networking and DNS basics.
