Overview

Senior Solutions Engineer for Grafana Labs’ customer-facing Solutions Engineering team, supporting pre-sales and technical enablement.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical customer engagement to help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations for potential and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitors.
• Drive product conversations based on customers’ needs and problems.
• Develop enablement content including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Experience ideally with open source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Ability to handle various and complex assignments using strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• First-class written and oral communication skills for remote-first collaboration.
• Ability to skillfully articulate value proposition and technical advantages.
• Technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
• Preference/option to be based in Mumbai, India.

• Location line: India (Remote).
• Compensation in India: INR 7.4m - 9.8m OTE.
