Technical Services Engineer Representative

Overview

Technical Services Engineer Representative focused on troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues for Everpure across hardware, software, and environmental factors.

What you'll do

• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues across all severity levels.
• Proactively understand customer requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally.
• Create and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles and FAQs.
• Manage multiple support cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Participate in weekend, public holiday, and on-call support rotations as required.
• Provide implementation support including software and hardware upgrades and RMA dispatch.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles and/or technical support environments.
• Experience working in a 24/7 support environment with rotational shift schedules.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of enterprise storage concepts including SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, Ethernet, IP, and iSCSI.
• Knowledge of major OS/platforms such as Linux, VMware, and Windows.
• Comfort using CLI/SSH and tooling to read and interpret logs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Work primarily from the Bangalore office, unless on approved leave, travel, or remote exceptions.
