Cloud Native Technical Services Engineer

Overview

Cloud Native Technical Services Engineer for Portworx®, supporting enterprise customers in deploying and scaling multi-cloud data services for Kubernetes and containerized applications.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end technical expertise across Portworx deployment and production stages for key enterprise accounts.
• Analyze workflows, logs, and container workloads to isolate, reproduce, and resolve multi-layer issues.
• Partner with field systems engineers on installation, integration, and proof-of-concept (POC) execution for prospective clients.
• Author and maintain knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and FAQ guides for customer self-service.
• Serve as a technical expert across deployment phases in collaboration with customer engineers, account teams, and core R&D.

What you'll need

• Demonstrable expertise in customer-facing technical support, SRE, or cloud systems engineering in enterprise software environments.
• Practical knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or VMware Tanzu.
• Deep knowledge of major public cloud ecosystems such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Linux proficiency to troubleshoot complex software stacks and automation workflows.
• Experience managing customer escalations and translating technical issues into actionable engineering solutions.
• Flexibility to participate in shift structures and on-call rotation schedules as required.

• Work is primarily in-office, expected to work from the Bangalore office per Everpure policies unless on PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
