What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls.

• Provide support for queries related to auction, registration, shipping, and payments.
• Provide email support for buyer queries.

What you'll need

• 1–5 years of experience in a similar environment/job profile.
• Good understanding of English language and usage.
• Good learning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Training on email and chat etiquette.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Understanding of MS Office applications and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
