Associate Technical Program Manager

Overview

Associate Technical Program Manager to lead intermediate-to-large scale cross-functional engineering product development programs at Razorpay.

What_you'll_do

• Initiate, plan, and execute assigned cross-functional programs across multiple projects.
• Define and scope programs, owning the program plan and deliverables.
• Develop and manage an integrated program schedule and monitor/report progress.
• Update stakeholders weekly (including senior executives) on program status, risks, and progress.
• Drive program management best practices and mentor others to deliver program objectives.
• Identify solutions to project deadlocks and resolve issues through consensus and judgment.

What you'll need

• Total experience of 2-5 years.
• 2+ years in a technical role.
• 6+ months working as a project manager or program manager in software or related industries.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for executive and partner interactions.
• In-depth technical understanding of the agile software development lifecycle.
