Program Manager, Staff

Overview

Program Manager responsible for developing and executing program plans of record from initiation through delivery, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.

What you'll do

• Develop program goals, prioritize deliverables, and drive decisions for on-time delivery.
• Manage execution of the plan of record, including schedule and resource forecasting.
• Monitor program budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
• Establish program metrics and take action when metrics deviate from plan.
• Identify program issues/risks and create and maintain a risk mitigation plan/tracker.
• Promote program vision and objectives to the team and management to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Promote adoption of program management processes and lead process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Good experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Co-Pilot.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of SOC design cycle, development process, packaging, REE, post-silicon validation, and customer deployment.
• Track record of proven leadership/management experience and process definition & implementation.
