Technology Manager – Systems Engineering

Overview

Lead Systems Engineering teams and oversee systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle for HVAC products. Drive project execution, governance, process improvement, and cross-functional delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Systems Engineers.
• Plan and allocate engineering resources across projects.
• Drive requirements development through verification support.
• Monitor schedules, priorities, risks, and deliverables.
• Improve systems engineering processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Report project status, risks, resource needs, and metrics to leadership.

What you'll need

• 14+ years of overall experience.
• At least 6+ years in Systems Engineering within product development organizations.
• 3–5 years of experience leading Systems Engineering teams.
• Experience in requirements engineering, system integration, verification, and product development lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, change and configuration management, and risk management.
• Experience with embedded systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Scrum practices and tools.
• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Systems, or Controls Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with HVAC industry.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Details

• Full-time role based in Hyderabad, India.
• Travel between locations may be required for business needs.
